At Lost Art Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your setup. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure all items are in brand new condition, with tags attached and decks un-gripped. Protective gear and apparel must be unworn and in original plastic wrap.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware or soft goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
